Rental Policies

Payment Policy
1. Payments accepted are cheques (payable to Global Spectrum Facility Management), MasterCard, VISA or Interac® Debit. No cash payments.
2. Payments are required at the time of booking to confirm the rental.
3. For clients with multiple bookings monthly payment installments will be required at the beginning of the month for all bookings within the month. Payment method will be clarified within the terms of the contract for monthly installments.

Rental Periods
We have a new policy for rental periods. One hour rentals are actually 55 minutes in length; 90 minute rentals are actually 85 minutes in length. That is, a rental from 6 pm to 7 pm actually ends at 6:55 pm and the field is vacated by 7 pm so the next rental can begin. Likewise, a 90 minute rental from 6 pm to 7:30 pm ends at 7:25 pm and the field is vacant by 7:30 pm. Coaching staff meetings and coach/parent meetings are to take place off the field not on the field sidelines. Admin staff will be present to clear the fields on time for the next client.

Cancellation Policy
Youngs Sportsplex has a no refund policy on cancellations.
Note: Rental fees shall not be reduced if the permit holder fails or elects not to use any portion of the time specified on the permit. In the event the permit holder asks to give back rental time, Youngs Sportsplex will do its best to re rent the time, however, any financial shortfall will be the responsibility of the original permit holder.
